Video interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short video interview. All details will be provided on how to best prepare and submit the brief video submission.
Successful candidates from video interview will then progress through to the next stage of the recruitment process, which will include various online cognitive assessments. All details will be provided on how to best prepare and complete the cognitive assessments.

Assessment Centres
Shortlisted Electrical Trade and Communications and Control apprenticeship candidates will be invited to one our Assessment Centres, which will be based in either Gladstone, Townsville or Brisbane. The duration will be 1 full day, with the potential requirement to attend a face to face interview post Assessment Centre.
Shortlisted Linesperson apprenticeship candidates will be invited to Linesperson Assessment Centre, which will be based at Rocklea, Brisbane.

Throughout the month of November, we will hold various sessions to ensure we set you up for success – these may include meet and greet leader sessions and uniform fittings.
