Overview
Powerlink undertook works to connect CSF Pty Ltd's Columboola Solar Farm to the transmission network. The 162MW solar farm is located between Chinchilla and Miles, powering the equivalent of 100,000 homes.
Powerlink’s connection project involved works at the existing Columboola Substation and construction of almost two kilometres of transmission line.
Status
Construction works for the connection project along with energisation of the customer facility, occurred during 2021.
