This Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee supports the Powerlink Queensland Board in fulfilling responsibilities in relation to the integrity of the financial reporting processes (including climate related financial reporting), effectiveness of internal controls, reporting on issues relating to audit effectiveness and legal compliance.
