We offer corporate sponsorship opportunities that provide funds, resources or services that in turn support our corporate reputation and strategic goals, particularly on a statewide and national level.

Partnering with strategic organisations to help drive the energy transition is central to Powerlink’s focus. At the same time, working with organisations that support our customers – the more than five million Queenslanders we serve – is an important part of the approach outlined in our Corporate Sponsorship Framework.

Our framework highlights that sponsorship applications should ideally align with one or more of the following key focus areas: empowering communities; protecting and conserving the environment; and supporting safety and well-being. Powerlink also supports projects with a strong educational component.

Foodbank Queensland

Statewide In Progress
Foodbank Queensland sources over 14 million kilograms of food each year to support people in need. It is the largest and most trusted hunger relief charity in Queensland.

DV Safe Phone

Statewide In Progress
DV Safe Phone collects, repurposes and gift mobile phones to victims of domestic violence (DV). These 'Safe Phones' provide a lifeline to call for help when it is needed most. With over 2 million known victims of domestic violence, there is no doubt they have a goliath challenge on their hands.

Uniting

Statewide In Progress
There are currently 90% of Uniting’s clients who can't pay their bills on time, with two out of three people experiencing three or more additional challenges that can entrench their financial debt. We are partnering with Uniting to deliver an Energy Support Program helping customers in financial hardship or facing extreme vulnerabilities.
